How easy to configure your e-mail in Microsoft Outlook 2007

First open Microsoft Outlook then go to tools > settings

Then double click your email then It will be displayed in a new window like Internet E-mail Settings

now setup your outlook by using this settings .(Given below )

The following are some settings (More Settings) options at will.

For Gmail :

Incoming Server: pop.gmail.com

Outgoing Servier: smtp.gmail.com

Outgoing Server(SMTP) requires authentication

Incoming Server(Pop3): 995 This server requires an encrypted connection(SSL)

Outgoing server(SMTP): 587

Use the following type of encrypted connection: TLS

For Hotmail :

Incoming Server: pop3.live.com

Outgoing Servier: smtp.live.com

Require logon suing Secure Password Authentication(SPA)

Outgoing Server(SMTP) requires authentication

Incoming Server(Pop3): 995 This server requires an encrypted connection(SSL)

Outgoing server(SMTP): 587

Use the following type of encrypted connection: TLS

For Yahoo :

Incoming Server: pop.mail.yahoo.com

Outgoing Servier: smtp.mail.yahoo.com

Outgoing Server(SMTP) requires authentication

Incoming Server(Pop3): 995 This server requires an encrypted connection(SSL)

Outgoing server(SMTP): 465

Use the following type of encrypted connection: SSL
